About the program
Give yourself the opportunity to relax and recharge your energy with this 7 days program. You will practice yoga daily along with meditation and breathing techniques. This program is for all levels, whether you are an experienced practitioner or a beginner, this program can be adjusted to all levels, so just join them. The day will be started with a Flow yoga class and will be ended with a Yin or a Restorative class.

During this retreat you will be accommodated in a standard sea view double room or a Bungalow garden view, in a five star all-inclusive hotel, the Eden Roc Resort. The hotel is located only a few meters from the crystal clear water of the Aegean Sea including 8 restaurants and 5 bars.
